Immediate Need - Front Desk Receptionist

One Strong Community...Mozaic (a Chapter of The Arc NY) is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Receptionist! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, greeting and assisting them while directing them to the appropriate person or office at both the front desk and Clinic reception area. You will play a key role in maintaining office security by following safety procedures, controlling access, and conducting COVID-19 screenings before allowing entry. Your responsibilities will also include receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries, as well as entering data into database systems for the human resources department and other agency departments as required. Other clerical duties will involve filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and performing various copier functions as needed. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

High School Diploma/GED with 1-year clerical experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
