Cut 158 Chophouse is an upscale steakhouse located in the heart of downtown Joliet, known for its refined atmosphere, high-quality ingredients, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. We pride ourselves on precision, consistency, and elevated service standards.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.
As a Line Cook at Cut 158, you will play a key role in executing a high-level dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen where quality, timing, and presentation are essential.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep and organization as needed
Previous line cook experience required (fine dining experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Evening and weekend availability
