Come join the team at WeCare Centers at Avalon Care Center! WeCare Centers at Avalon Care Center is actively seeking a motivated, full‑time Physical Therapist for our community in New Castle, PA. Our Physical Therapist helps our residents improve their mobility and enable people to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks and activities.

Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long‑term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing

Assure all therapy is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care

Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred

New graduates are welcome

Hands‑on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
