Conduct a variety of routine to advanced clinical laboratory testscovering everything from chemistry and hematology to immunologyfollowing established protocols meticulously.
Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and engage in preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory technologies.
Assist in specimen collection while meticulously preparing samples for testing as required.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procedures, foster new staff training, and uphold stringent laboratory standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working space and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree with a commitment to obtaining ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
