PUBLIC HEALTH PHYSICIAN (Family Medicine)

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois.

Join an established practice with two Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Provider, and experienced support staff

Position will be based out of our outpatient clinic on Peartree Lane that offers Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine services. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM

Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
