Full-Time Temporary HR Generalist

HR Generalist

Holman has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Mount Laurel, NJ! Serve as a partner and consultant to leaders and employees on employee relations matters.

Collaborate with the HR COE's to facilitate requests from the business. This could include the creation of job profiles, compensation analysis, providing high-level benefits and leaves information, Workday support, and recruiting inquiries.

Provide support and guidance to the business leaders surrounding the performance management process and disciplinary process.

Serve as a primary partner and consultant to leaders and employees on all employee relations issues.

Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations that align with Holman's policies and practices.

Analyze exit interview data and review with leaders to support an environment focused on continuous improvement.

Act as point of contact for company project and programs and maintain documentation and tracking.

Serve as a consultative partner when appropriate to both employees and leadership regarding leaves of absence or accommodation request.

Assist in drafting and upkeep of policies and employee handbook

Ability to travel approximately once every quarter depending on the Division that is supported.

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Prior Human Resources experience preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP), but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Workday.
• Working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. Artificial Intelligence Statement
