Job Description
Trillex Creative is seeking motivated and professional Retail Staff members to join our growing team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations while providing a welcoming and engaging experience for customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive retail environment.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative team while gaining valuable experience in retail operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Support daily retail operations including stocking and merchandising
Process purchases and transactions efficiently
Assist with inventory organization and product displays
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
