HR Generalist - Recruiting & Planning

What You'll Help Build

This isn't your typical HR Coordinator role.

You'll be one of the first people candidates meet, one of the friendly faces new employees remember, and an important part of creating the culture that makes Rodan such a great place to work.

Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to:

Recruit and welcome new employees, interns, and field staff to the Rodan team

Coordinate interviews, career fairs, campus recruiting, and internship programs

Support onboarding, benefits administration, payroll changes, and employee records

Help plan employee events, recognition programs, volunteer opportunities, and company communications

Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development programs

Assist with HR compliance and personnel administration

Be a trusted resource for employees while helping keep our HR team organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Construction or union experience is a plus—but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
