Marc Media Group LLC is a privately held, growing media company with a mission to re-imagine new and legacy media to connect with and serve our community. The Group operates twenty radio stations, two digital-first newspapers with a weekly print edition, out-of-home advertising (billboards), and a digital advertising agency.

By joining our team, you will partner with a diverse group of experience and talent in the realm of Human Resources. You will be the face of the Company when you conduct new hire orientation, introducing each associate to the rich history of the Companies you support and highlighting what sets us apart. Partner with recruiter to develop a creative recruitment strategy maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of networks

Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes/applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

Assist facilitating a fun, engaging and informative New Hire Orientation

Accurate and timely new hire entry in the HRIS and affiliated onboarding electronic systems

hiring, terms, etc.

Assist employees with basic benefits, payroll, and policy inquiries

HR reports, metrics, and other administrative documents

Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs

Track and maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and trends

Provide administrative support to the HR team

Comfortable traveling to locations away from office

Participating in special projects

High school diploma or equivalent

4-year degree in Human Resources or HR Certification, a plus

Minimum of two years HR experience preferred

Recruiting experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
