Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry Overflow

Shift: 3x12 Days

Weekly pay: $1,185-$1,248 per week

Hospital

Unit: 14-bed overflow med/surg telemetry unit (flex space) with primary ED boarders; on-unit telemetry monitoring; weekend coverage every other week; NY state nursing license in hand; EPIC charting experience; Weekly pay: $1,185-$1,248 per week

• Shift: 3x12 Days
• Travel - Temporary Assignment
• Unit setting: 14-bed overflow med/surg telemetry unit (ED boarders)

Provide RN-level care for med/surg telemetry overflow patients with remote/on-unit telemetry monitoring in a high-demand overflow setting

• Manage feeding tube support (NG/G) and Foley catheter care; perform wound care and dressing changes; perform glucose monitoring and 12-lead EKGs
• Document thoroughly in EPIC; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (IV team, PT, RT, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, Transport, Unit Secretary, Rapid Response, Interpretation Services)

Active New York nursing license in hand

• EPIC charting experience required
• Ability to float to med/surg units as needed
