The Real Estate Attorney will have at least two years experience in the area of Real Estate. He or she will handle a full range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including contract review, drafting and closings. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other transactional documents; performing legal due diligence; The attorney will coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other parties to ensure accurate and timely closings, and may also support matters related to estates, trusts, and business formation as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, requiring regular in-person client interaction and collaboration with firm staff.
Strong foundation in Law with experience in transactional real estate practice.
Proficiency in reviewing and drafting real estate agreements.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Georgia.
Prior experience in residential real estate closings is required.
