Full-Time Immigration Attorney (Fully Remote)

Job Overview A law firm seeks a licensed attorney with expertise in immigration law to join their team in Hallandale Beach, FL. The firm specializes in business immigration, family immigration, and immigration court work. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with optional remote days.
Duties Represent clients in immigration court proceedings. Handle business and family immigration cases. Provide legal advice and support to clients. Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications.
Requirements Licensed to practice law in Florida. Experience in immigration law preferred. Ability to work in person with optional remote days. Willingness to relocate to Hallandale Beach, FL, if necessary.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Florida Bar License.
Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
