Shift Details :

Call-only coverage, with no routine outpatient clinic hours required.

Must be available for holiday coverage: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

11-13 patients per shift.

EMR System : Epic

A combination of outpatient and inpatient settings, focusing on comprehensive gastroenterological care.

Patients Per Shift : 11-13

Must hold an active Pennsylvania medical license.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a specialty in Gastroenterology.

Fellowship training in Gastroenterology is preferred.

Our Post-Acute team provides medical services for various Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities.

The Regional Medical Director is responsible for leading and managing the Adfinitas Health program and providers at our partner facilities, implementing and executing Operational and Quality Initiatives, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with staff members as well as facility clinical and administrative staff, and the financial performance of the program.

State Board of Physicians licensure in good standing
