HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

Are you a proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, tight-knit environment? We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to partner closely with our HR Director. As part of a small, agile team, we need a go-getter who is ready to own their responsibilities and step up to tackle new projects as we grow. Payroll & Finance: Own the end-to-end execution of semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. Reconcile reports and collaborate with Finance for seamless general ledger integration.
Serve as the subject matter expert and broker liaison for our health and financial wellness programs.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and champion the onboarding experience (including orientation, compliance/I-9 verification, welcome tours, and initial training).
Employee Relations & Support: Partner with the HR Director to deliver guidance across training, wage/benefit administration, and employee relations activities.
Ensure total alignment with company policies as well as local, state, and federal labor laws (EEOC, ADA, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

The HR Toolkit: Deep knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, ADA) and high proficiency with MS Office and HRIS platforms ( Paycor experience is a huge plus!).
