Service Department Customer Service Porter

Mike Kelly Toyota is growing, and we're looking for a Service Porter to join our team! With over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry, we are a family-owned dealership built on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. As a Service Porter, you are often the first point of contact for our service customers. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, welcoming, and efficient service experience from the moment guests arrive. You'll help keep vehicles moving through the service drive, assist customers, and support our service advisors and technicians-all while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Greet service guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
Review and monitor the service appointment schedule to anticipate guest arrivals
Tag vehicles and ensure they are directed efficiently through the service process
Guide customers to the appropriate service advisor for write-up
Perform courtesy checks such as alignments, battery tests, and wiper blade inspections
Move customer vehicles to designated parking areas or technician service bays
Support service drive traffic flow and coordinate with service drive staff
Ensure the service drive area remains clean, safe, and professional at all times
Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the service department
