Head of Operations & Customer Experience
NAYA
NAYA is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead day-to-day guest support across email, phone, surveys, social channels, and third-party platforms. You will define scalable processes, surface actionable insights, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our brand and values.
You’ll own guest feedback, SLA adherence, and recovery strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive improvements and guest loyalty.
