Employee & Labor Relations Advocate
The Regents of the University of California on behalf of their Los Angeles Campus
UCLA, Campus Human Resources seeks an Employee & Labor Relations Advocate to represent the University in labor arbitrations, internal hearings, and proceedings before the California Public Employment Relations Board. This role contributes to a leading public research university and supports higher education objectives.
The position requires expertise in labor and employment law, strong writing skills, and the ability to train managers while maintaining confidentiality.
