As Program Manager, you will maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth. Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategiesScale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organizationLeverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout OktaOrchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountabilityPerform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiativesWhat you'll bring to the role:6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric rolesProven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environmentsStrong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quicklySuperior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audienceExceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situationsProven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervisionTrack record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology productsBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programsDirect GTM or Product Operations experienceDeep knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscapeSTEM or business-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business)#LI-HYBRID#LI-SH1P20781_3529208The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
