What Youll Do

Prepare and cook high-quality meals following recipes and production guidelines
Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards are met
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
Support daily prep, service execution, and kitchen operations
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy meal periods
Properly store, label, and handle all food items
What Were Looking For

Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Comfortable following recipes and using kitchen technology (tablets, systems)
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred

Previous cook or line cook experience
Experience in senior living, hospitality, or foodservice environments
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
Physical & Work Environment

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (90% of shift)
Lift up to 40 lbs
Perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, prepping)
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
