Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindful Cascade Echos, your responsibilities will include:

\Delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing effective modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. \Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. \Attending workshops and ongoing education opportunities to stay current with therapeutic techniques and advancements in mental health practices. \A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of New Jersey. \At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community-based setting. \A strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations affecting the counseling profession. \Experience in trauma-informed care, substance use counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling. \Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology. \Health, dental, and vision insurance plans. \Administrative support, where billing and paperwork are managed for you, allowing you to focus solely on client care. \Career Growth Opportunities\n At Mindful Cascade Echos, we believe in the continuous growth and development of our counselors.
