Design and document complex, medium to large building structures across multiple sectors

Lead and manage design teams in collaboration with senior leadership and project stakeholders

Oversee full project delivery including calculations, documentation, and stamping

Coordinate structural detailing, material selection, and multidisciplinary integration

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and prepare reports

Contribute to business development through networking and proposal support

Participate in internal training, peer reviews, and process improvement initiatives

Monitor project performance, including financial and billing support

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an EAC/ABET‑accredited program (required); Minimum of 6 years of experience in building design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; or a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience

Strong experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood design

Proficiency in RAM Structural System or Tekla Structural Designer, Revit, and BIM 360

Proven leadership and project management experience

Experience managing project financials and team coordination
