Marketing Manager US

As Mouratoglou Racquet Club expands across the United States, we are looking for a Marketing Manager US based in Miami to drive acquisition and local marketing performance across our US clubs.

You will act as the main marketing point of contact for local club teams, translating their business priorities into effective marketing and acquisition strategies.

Working closely with the Global Marketing team in France, including Social Media, Design and Content, you will ensure strong local execution while maintaining a consistent global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Growth

• Build and manage acquisition strategies across US clubs
• Launch, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Develop lead generation funnels for memberships, programs, camps, events and new club openings
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture flows, retargeting and conversion journeys
• Manage acquisition budgets and continuously optimize performance
• Track key KPIs including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead volume and ROI
• Identify new audiences, channels and growth opportunities

Local Club Marketing

• Act as the main marketing contact for Mouratoglou Racquet Clubs across the US
• Work directly with club teams to understand their business objectives, priorities and local market needs
• Build local marketing plans adapted to each club and market
• Support new club openings from pre-opening through launch and post opening
• Ensure leads generated through marketing are properly managed and followed up by local teams
• Identify opportunities to increase memberships, program registrations and overall club performance

Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with the Social Media, Design and Content teams to deliver campaigns and local activations
• Develop clear creative briefs based on business and acquisition objectives
• Coordinate the marketing assets required for campaigns, launches and club initiatives
• Ensure local marketing activities remain aligned with Mouratoglou Racquet Club brand guidelines
• Share local market insights and performance results with the Global Marketing team

Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience in lead generation, conversion funnels and CRM
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and data analysis
• Business oriented, proactive and comfortable working directly with operational teams
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Full proficiency in both French and English
• Experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, leisure or membership based businesses is a plus
