McMahon Dean, PLLC is a boutique personal injury law firm located in the heart of Dallas. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support attorneys by maintaining the drafting documents, managing case files, and assisting with trial preparation. You must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks in a litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence

Manage and organize case files and documentation

Assist attorneys in trial preparation and discovery

Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills
