We're looking for a BCBA who believes that too — and who wants a team, a caseload, and a clinic that make it possible!
Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Palmdale center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. Our mission is simple: help kids build the skills to connect with the world and the people who matter to them.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services.
Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!
Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
