Join Brightway Insurance, one of the largest privately owned property & casualty insurance agencies in the U.We're hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to build a career in salesno insurance experience required. If you're driven, coachable, and enjoy helping others, we'll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed.
Support to help you get licensed (if not already licensed)
Access to multiple top-rated insurance carriers
Marketing and back-office support so you can focus on selling
Connect with potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals
Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend the right coverage
Build relationships within the local community
Follow up with prospects and clients to drive sales and retention
Work toward achievable sales goals with ongoing support
Interest in sales, business, or helping customers
Must be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License (we'll help you get there)
