Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from caseinceptionto verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial motions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legalresearch forcases, including preparation for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents; Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.

Interview clients and witnesses, as well as drafting summaries of their statements andmaintainingcommunication records.

Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings toobserveandassistas needed; Monitor changes in laws andregulations, andassistin updating the legal team on potential impacts to ongoing cases.

Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to develop legal skills and gain exposure to more complex legal work

Provide legal opinions to claims clients.

Conducts depositions and examinations under oath and prepares summary documents.

Successful completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and analysis,demonstratingthe ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, well-structured legal documents.

Capable of organizing case files, managing legal documents, and understanding the discovery process.

Well-versed in legal ethics and the standards of professional conduct.

Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, TeamConnect, internet research tools, and other legal case management software.
