HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist to support a growing organization in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys managing multiple areas of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations to ensure accurate HR data and processes.

Administer recruitment workflow and maintain candidate pipelines for timely fills.

Administer performance management cycles and track individual development plans.

Generate HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.

Assist in compensation processing, merit-based reviews, and payroll coordination.

Ensure policy compliance, employee relations, and conflict resolution support.

Facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with growth goals.

Support workforce planning using pipelines and territory-based forecasting.

Collaborate with leadership to define succession planning and career paths.

Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

3+ years HR generalist experience with end-to-end operations

Strong data analytics skills; ability to generate HR metrics

Strong knowledge of employment laws and policy compliance

Proficiency in HRIS, payroll coordination, and benefits administration

Experience with performance management and development planning

Excellent onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations skills

Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and time-to-fill targets

Comfort working in a growth-oriented, high-visibility, target-driven culture
