Head of Project Management

Lead project planning with a strong focus on safety, partnering with site safety teams to identify and mitigate risks

Develop and maintain project schedules, objectives, and performance standards

Ensure clear and consistent communication across clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and profitability

Oversee subcontractor coordination, including weekly meetings and performance tracking

Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and change orders

Ensure compliance with applicable labor agreements and regulatory requirements

Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues

Manage project closeout processes to ensure smooth and timely completion

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction project management

Proven ability to manage all aspects of a project including safety, schedule, cost, and quality

Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or power & energy sectors preferred

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista

Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and construction processes
