Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, in adherence to established protocols.
Scrutinize results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative upkeep and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality benchmarks.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
