Senior Litigation Paralegal Opportunity - Sandy Springs, GA - Hybrid
Compensation

$80,000-$90,000 base (DOE)

Up to $100,000 for an exceptional candidate

401(k) with up to 5% match (100% match on first 3%)

3 weeks PTO (includes vacation and sick time; flexibility offered case‑by‑case)

Education stipend for seminars, conferences, and CLEs

Hybrid: Fully onsite for the first 90 days, then 2 days remote per week

Role Overview

Manage a caseload of 50+ personal injury matters

Support cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from intake through trial

Heavy involvement in discovery, pleadings, and motion preparation

Act as a true right-hand to attorneys—this is a high-level, trial-focused role

Requirements

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Strong background in personal injury litigation or insurance defense (trial-heavy exposure preferred)

Experience with discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions

Ability to manage cases independently and hit the ground running (“plug‑and‑play”)

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating at an advanced level

Stable work history with experience at reputable firms preferred

Open to candidates coming from insurance defense who have significant trial exposure

Not a pre-litigation role—must be experienced in active litigation and trial preparation
