Head of Recruiting & HR

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our client in the Nashville, TN area. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, helping drive people initiatives that support business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including onboarding and new hire integration
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Partner with leadership on change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze HR data and trends to provide recommendations and support business decisions
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site experience is preferred but not required
A strategic yet hands-on approach to HR
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
