Position Summary The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations to produce high-quality components and assemblies that meet JCB specifications and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities Perform MIG and other welding processes as required

Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to work in a production environment
