Location: Bronx, New York.
Position: Locksmith – Lock Installation and Maintenance (Security).
Schedule: Day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM (7.5hrs/day). Hourly rate: $34.14.
Job Summary: Repairs locks and maintains key control and lock systems throughout the Medical Center.
Responsibilities Repair and install locks throughout the Medical Center.
Conduct routine checks of lock systems to ensure correct operation.
Duplicate and issue keys; maintain key inventory on a monthly basis.
Maintain records pertaining to key control systems; review and audit records quarterly.
Assist hospital associates in gaining access during lockouts and respond promptly to work requests.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of hospital locksmith experience.
OHS annual assessment and fit test completed.
NY State locksmith license.
