HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance

Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation, completing I-9 employment verification, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and ongoing communication with employees and benefits providers.

Manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests and other protected leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Serve as the day-to-day administrator for the organization\'s Learning Management System (Absorb), maintaining employee training records, assigning required training, and supporting system users.

Assist with payroll administration by tracking employee hours and payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy within a primarily manual payroll process.

Provide broad HR Generalist support across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, personnel records management, and HR best practices.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and other HR-related matters.

Support HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
