Are you a welcoming, professional, and bilingual individual seeking a rewarding career in a growing immigration law firm? We are currently accepting applications for a full-time receptionist to join our dynamic legal team in Virginia. Experience in a law firm setting is a valuable asset.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with good writing skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks.
Familiarity with multi-line telephones, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new software.
As a Receptionist at our law firm, your key responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
Greeting and directing office guests in a courteous and respectful manner.
Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
Processing incoming mail, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
Operating office equipment, such as fax/scan/copy machines, computers, and phones.
