Job order details: Start date 08/18/2026, end date 11/10/2026, duration 12 weeks.

Client details: Setting is a hospital in Oklahoma City, OK 73109, trauma level is level 3, and it is a teaching hospital.

Cancellation policy: Contract cancellation: If candidate engages in misconduct, facility may cancel the assignment and agency will not be paid for time worked where candidate engaged in misconduct. If candidate leaves a shift early without approval or agency cancels a shift without at least 2 hours notice, agency will owe 2 hours at the regular rate. If agency cancels more than 1 shift per 4 weeks, agency may owe for all cancelled hours. If candidate no-shows, agency must find a replacement or owe full cost of the missed shift. If candidate fails to report on time or within an hour of the shift start time without notice, agency will owe the full cost of the shift. If agency cancels within 2 weeks of the start date or after assignment has started, agency must find a replacement or owe 15 hours at the regular rate for each remaining week in the contract, up to 30 hours. If agency does not give 5 days notice that the candidate will not be starting on time, agency must find a replacement or owe 15 hours at the regular rate for each remaining week in the contract, up to 30 hours.
