WORK SCHEDULE - This job is currently 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
Thursday and Friday nights from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. Schedule changes in near future to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. Please, only apply if you can change to a permanent M-F, 9 a.m. possess a strong grasp of English writing conventions
- *is adaptable and willing to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts
- 16.50 - $17.50 per hour to start
A minimum of 12 consecutive months experience as a front desk agent or a secretary in a VERY busy office/call center.
Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
Communicate with housekeeping during the day to update room status
