CFO Finance & Accounting

OpenMind Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a renewable energy developer seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to join its Finance team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The position may be filled at either level depending on experience

This position will primarily manage development and construction loan draws, including preparing draw packages, tracking project costs, compiling supporting documentation, coordinating lender requests and monitoring loan requirements.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and coordinate development and construction loan draws

Track project costs, loan balances and funding requirements

Compile invoices and other supporting documentation

Communicate with lenders and respond to follow-up requests

Monitor loan covenants, deadlines and reporting requirements

Coordinate with development, construction, accounting and finance teams

Maintain project financial schedules and reconciliations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience

Experience in real estate, construction, banking, project finance or renewable energy

Construction draw, lender reporting or debt-facility experience is preferred

Strong Excel, organizational and communication skills

Compensation:

Senior Associate: $110K-$115K base plus bonus and benefits

Manager: $130K-$140K base plus bonus and benefits

This position is hybrid in Scottsdale, with two to three days per week in the office.
