Machinist A $. Hourly

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring Swiss Machinists for 1st shift. Pay Range: $29 - $35 per hour + $2,000 Hiring Bonus. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and other rewards from day 1.

Configure, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tight tolerances and surface‑finish requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints, operation drawings, and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles.

Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision gauges and measurement instruments.

Support production through tooling changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting activities.

Document work accurately, follow established procedures, and collaborate across the team to maintain smooth operations.

3-5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required) and/or Citizen machines.

Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.

ability to read and edit programs (G-code/Mcode).

High school diploma or GED; Employees should be prepared for exposure to moving mechanical parts. Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
