This position qualifies for the Loyalty Incentive Program bonus paid quarterly in the amount of $2 per hour worked not including PTO or holiday pay.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Trans-loading Operations: Efficiently trans-load freight between ULDs, trucks, and other transportation modes, ensuring minimal delay and maximum safety.

Cargo Handling: Safely handle various types of cargo, including hazardous materials, perishable goods, and oversized items, while following proper loading/unloading procedures.

Accurately complete required documentation for trans-loading operations, including inventory counts, condition reports, and regulatory compliance paperwork.

Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to cargo handling, equipment operation, and hazardous materials.

Coordinate with other team members, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely trans-loading of freight.

Identify and resolve any issues that arise during trans-loading operations, such as damaged cargo or equipment malfunctions.

Able to multi-task and work effectively under a minimum level of supervision in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Available to work evenings and weekends.

Be able to take direction from leads, warehouse supervisor, and managers.

Must pass drug screening and background checks, which include employer, customer, and/or SIDA background checks
