Direct Support Professional
Chandler/Gilbert Arc (CGArc) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities reach their full potential. CGArc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in community-based homes and support them in developing life skills.
Responsibilities include:

Developing supportive relationships with individuals
Assisting with personal and household tasks
Promoting community inclusion
Escorting individuals to community activities
Participating in Individual Support Plans (ISP)
Completing required documentation
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Eligible drivers must have a clean 39-month MVD report
Must pass a Fingerprint Clearance Card and background check
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred
Eligible drivers preferred
