Position: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Tele
Location: Ohio
Shift: Nights
Holiday and Weekend Rotation: Required
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients who meet the criteria for admission to the Medicine or Med/Surg Tele unit. This position requires a high level of proficiency due to the complexity of the unit.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols for Medicine and Med/Surg Tele patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout their care process.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year Med Surg Tele experience.
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certifications recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience.
