Aftermarket Business Development Manager

Schedule: 9/80, 1st Shift
Responsible for developing and executing aftermarket product-line strategies to drive revenue and profitability across commercial and military aerospace programs.
Own aftermarket financial goals, revenue growth, sales forecasts, and annual plans.
Serve as a strategic customer contact and build long-term customer relationships.
Lead proposals, contract negotiations, business cases, and cross-functional projects.
Conduct competitive/market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Aftermarket teams to resolve customer issues and improve performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in high-level program management .
Strong aerospace aftermarket/business development experience and established customer relationships.
