The selected candidate will support two major Procurement Teams in executing strategies that drive supply security, cost savings, process optimization, and supplier risk mitigation, all in service of keeping production on schedule while securing the best achievable value and maintaining full compliance with company procedures.

evaluate quotations and perform cost analyses weighing price, schedule, quality, and capability

Reconcile shipping documentation with the Receiving department

Partner with Shipping, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Accounts Payable, and Facilities to resolve Plant issues promptly

Ensure procurement procedure compliance for quality and financial audits

Provide responsive, attentive support to overall business operations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering

Citizen or Green Card Holder)

5+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain (preferred)

Familiarity with Oracle or a similar ERP system (preferred)

Strong Excel skills and comfort building metrics/reports from data (preferred)

Willingness to be a regular presence on the shop floor (preferred)

A customer-oriented, collaborative mindset (preferred)
