Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator / HR Coordinator Location: Carson, CA Pay: $27 to $34 per hour Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding operations for a growing field operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience who is looking to grow their career in talent acquisition and human resources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys interacting with people daily. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and onboarding for field employees throughout California Post job openings and screen applicants Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding next steps Conduct phone screenings and assist with applicant qualification Coordinate onboarding documents, background checks, and new hire paperwork Support I-9 and E-Verify processing Maintain applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and employee records Assist with payroll/timekeeping updates and employee documentation Communicate with hiring managers and field operations regarding staffing needs Help coordinate orientations, start dates, and employee follow-up Generate and maintain recruiting and staffing reports using Excel Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, staffing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Experience with data entry, scheduling, and employee documentation Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally when needed Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Staffing agencies Recruiting coordination HR administration High-volume customer service Office administration Field employee support Construction, manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades environments Why Join Us?
