The Residences Door / Bellperson is responsible for delivering a polished and welcoming arrival and departure experience for homeowners, guests, and vendors at The Knox Private Residences. This individual serves as the first point of contact at the residential entrance, supporting daily operations including curbside coordination, package handling, and vendor access while maintaining a secure, discreet, and service-focused environment.

Serving as an ambassador of the residential experience, the Residences Door/Bellperson ensures all arrivals, departures, and deliveries are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Partner with Concierge, Valet, Security, and Engineering teams to support daily operations

Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and contractor coordination

Provide flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or similar environments preferred

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
