Medical Records/Front Desk Receptionist
Long Island Spine Rehabilitation Medicine
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Great Neck office located at 560 Northern Blvd. This role supports a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice focusing on spine, musculoskeletal (MSK), and sports-related care. The receptionist will manage a moderate patient volume of 20-50 daily, ensuring smooth scheduling, check-in, and patient communication using specific EHR software. Manage medical records and perform accurate data entry
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Support office operations using specific EHR software
1+ years of experience in medical reception
~ High school diploma or equivalent
