Full-Time Remote Attorney

PURPOSE

The Arizona Foreclosure Attorney in the Arizona office is responsible for handling pre-litigation and litigation issues/cases involving non-judicial foreclosure actions. Additionally, this attorney will work with the firm’s foreclosure excess proceed team overseeing the excess proceeds and escheatment process for the firm’s western states.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with non-judicial foreclosure trustees in providing compliance and litigation advice.

Resolving pre-litigation issues and any defensive litigation that may be necessary.

Review/preparation of excess proceeds motions and review of claims.

Other duties and special projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate.

Member of the AZ State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing. Admission to practice law in the state of Utah preferred but not required.

At least one year of work experience in AZ real property law.

Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
