Talent Sourcer - Remote Position

Title: Talent Coordinator, Talent Partnerships Location: Onsite – New York, NY 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support talent activations, brand partnerships, events, and advertising initiatives within a fast-paced entertainment and media environment.

This role will support talent strategy, campaign execution, events, and partnership activations by coordinating logistics, managing deliverables, supporting talent research, and assisting with high-profile advertising and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, pop culture, creators, and talent partnerships, while also being highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Partnerships & Activations

• Support talent partnerships, advertising activations, and event initiatives across multiple campaigns
• Conduct ongoing talent and creator research to support casting recommendations and partnership strategy
• Assist with talent recommendation decks, presentations, and client-facing materials
• Track and analyze talent partnerships, campaign performance, and activation materials
• Support talent-related advertising and partnership initiatives from planning through execution

Talent Coordination & Event Support

• Coordinate travel, itineraries, logistics, and schedules for talent appearances, shoots, and events
• Assist with onsite talent management and production support during activations and events
• Coordinate pre-production logistics including scheduling shoots, fittings, voiceover sessions, and prep calls
• Support post-production deliverables including social content coordination, appearances, and related follow-up activities
• Compile event recaps, press coverage, and campaign materials following activations

Project Coordination & Administrative Support

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, talent resources, and campaign documentation
• Track budgets, expenses, and associated talent costs across campaigns and events
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and cross-functional communications
• Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Assist with overall project execution and operational support across the partnerships team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within talent partnerships, talent management, communications, media, entertainment, events, or related industries
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-touch logistics and schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools
• Ability to work outside standard business hours when required for events or productions
• Must be comfortable working onsite in New York, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting talent-driven campaigns, partnerships, activations, or events
• Knowledge of entertainment, creator, influencer, and pop culture landscapes
• Experience coordinating talent logistics, travel, schedules, and event support
• Background within advertising, media, television, entertainment, publicity, or talent relations
• Experience building presentations, recommendation decks, and client-facing materials
• Familiarity with production coordination and campaign execution workflows
