Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

The Recruiter in this role serves as a critical partner throughout the employee lifecycle, helping attract talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Success in this role requires someone who can build relationships, maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, and confidently manage multiple hiring and onboarding activities at once.

Recruiting Coordination

Coordinate job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Support offer preparation and hiring logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

Coordinate orientation schedules, training activities, and new hire communications

Ensure timely completion of employment eligibility, compliance, and policy documentation

Partner with internal teams to coordinate equipment, system access, and site-specific onboarding requirements

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records and digital personnel files within HRIS systems

Support HR reporting, onboarding metrics, and recruiting analytics

Respond to employee and candidate questions regarding recruiting and HR processes

Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and documentation updates

Create a professional and welcoming experience for candidates and new hires

Keep recruiting and onboarding processes organized, efficient, and compliant

Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and employees across the organization

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes

Bachelors Degree

Must have experience supporting a combination of recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration

Experience participating in the hiring process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, screening support, or recruiting administration

Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices

Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms

Exposure to payroll processes

Experience in high-volume hiring or multi-site environments

Experience improving HR processes, workflows, or system utilization

Strong customer-service mindset with candidates, employees, and hiring managers

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset

Ability to balance relationship-building with administrative responsibilities
